AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF WEST PLAINS. (North Terra Subdivision -- Via Drive, Terrazo Drive, East and West Humus Drive, East and West Terra Cotta Drive, East and West Stone Haven Drive, North Terra Drive, Loam Drive, Sierra Drive, Sienna Drive, and Lakeview Drive).

 

WHEREAS, James E. North has certain streets within North Terra Subdivision that he would like to have accepted into the City street maintenance system; and

 

WHEREAS, The City has inspected the construction of these streets and found them to meet all requirements (EXHIBITS B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L); and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Plains deems it appropriate to grant their request.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST PLAINS, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:

 

Section 1:  Via Drive, Terrazo Drive, East and West Humas Drive, East and West Terra Cotta Drive, East and West Stone Haven Drive, North Terra Drive, Loam Drive, Sierra Drive, Sienna Drive, and Lakeview Drive located in the North Terra Subdivision shall be accepted into the City of West Plains street maintenance system as shown on the attached map (EXHIBIT A).

 

Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days from and after its day of passage and approval as provided by law.

 

PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 19th DAY OF FEBRUARY 2002.
