BILL NO. 3770 ORDINANCE ________

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LEVYING AND COLLECTION OF A TAX FOR THE GENERAL REVENUE FUND WITHIN THE CITY OF WEST PLAINS, MISSOURI FOR THE YEAR 2002, UPON ALL REAL, PERSONAL AND MIXED PROPERTY WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WEST PLAINS, MISSOURI SUBJECT TO TAXATION.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Plains, Missouri has ascertained the amount of money to be raised for maintenance of the General Revenue Fund for the year 2001.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNICL OF THE CITY OF WEST PLAINS, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That there is hereby levied on all property, personal, real and mixed, within the corporate limits of the City of West Plains, Missouri, for the purpose of raising revenue for the general revenue fund for the year 2002, a tax of ______________ cents ($0.__) one hundred ($100.00) assessed valuation.

Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
