RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WEST PLAINS, MISSOURI AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE SOUTH CENTRAL PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES
GROUP, INC. FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES.
BE
IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST PLAINS, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute an agreement with the South Central Public Health Services
Group, Inc. for a period of time to include April 1, 2002 to March 31, 2003 for
services and fees as outlined in Exhibit A (attached).
Section 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
