A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF WEST PLAINS AND GILMORE & BELL FOR A REBATE CALCULATION ON THE WATER TREATMENT PLANT BONDS.

 

WHEREAS, the City of West Plains, Missouri (the “City”) constructed improvements and extensions to the waterworks system of the City; and

 

WHEREAS, a rebate calculation is required as part of the bond issuance; and

 

WHEREAS, the City desires to engage Gilmore & Bell to perform these calculations.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST PLAINS, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

 

Section 1: That City hereby authorizes an agreement by and between the City of West Plains and Gilmore & Bell attached hereto as EXHIBIT A.

 

Section 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the City Council.
