BILL NO. 603 RESOLUTION NO. __________

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF WEST PLAINS AND COMMUNITY FIRST NATIONAL BANK FOR A RESCUE TRUCK.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Plains, Missouri deems it wise and necessary to pass this Resolution authorizing a loan agreement with Community First National Bank to purchase a 1991 Pierce-Dash heavy duty rescue truck.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST PLAINS, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That the City Council of the City of West Plains, Missouri does hereby authorize a loan agreement by and between the City of West Plains and Community First National Bank a true copy of said agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof to be known as EXHIBIT A.

Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect after its days of passage and approval.
