BILL NO. 606 RESOLUTION NO._____
Section 1: That there has been presented to the City Council of the City of West Plains, Missouri a request signed by the owner for all fee interests of record in all tracts of real property located within the area described in the petitions (Exhibit A) which is proposed to be changed from M-2 (General Manufacturing) to C-2 (General Commercial). This property is located on Good Hard Drive and further described as follows:
All that part of Powles Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book B, at Page 8 in the records of Howell County, Missouri, that lies South, West & Southwest of the following described line:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 16, Township 24 North, Range 8 West, thence Easterly along the South line of Section 16 a distance 669.3 feet, thence angle left 90 degrees 25 minutes 40 seconds for a distance of 43.0 feet to a point on the west line of the tract of land described in Warranty Deed Book 399, Page 65 of the records of Howell County, Missouri, and the point of beginning, thence angle left 78 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds for a distance of 255.2 feet, thence angle right 27 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds for a distance of 178.22 feet, thence angle right 3 degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds for a distance of 171.75 feet, thence angle left 5 degrees 16 minutes 55 seconds for a distance of 171.75 feet to the East right-of-way line of Luna Drive, EXCEPT all that part of the above described tract now being used as US Hwy 160 right-of-way.
Section 2: That this request was reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission.
Section 3: That in accordance with Section 71.012 RSMo, a public hearing shall be held at 7:00 p.m. on June 17, 2002 at the Public Library in West Plains, Missouri.
Section 4: The City Clerk is authorized and directed to cause a notice of such hearing to be published at least seven (7) days prior to the date of the hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in Howell County, Missouri, which is qualified to publish legal matters.
Section 5: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
