BILL NO. 608 RESOLUTION ___________

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WEST PLAINS AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE BURLINGTON NORTHERN AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY – RAW WATER RAILROAD BORE

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST PLAINS, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute a license agreement with The Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company for a raw water line bore.

Section 2: The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Section 3: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.

PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 20TH DAY OF MAY 2002.
