BILL NO. 609 RESOLUTION __________

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INSPECTION AND EVALUATION GENERATOR MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF WEST PLAINS AND QUESCO TURBOMACHINERY SERVICES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Plains, Missouri desires to enter into a written inspection and evaluation generator maintenance agreement with Quesco Turbomachinery Services; and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Plains, Missouri deems it wise and necessary to pass this Resolution authorizing this agreement.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST PLAINS, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That the City Council of the City of West Plains, Missouri does hereby authorize the agreement by and between the City of West Plains and Quesco Turbomachinery Services a true copy of said supplemental agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof to be known as AEXHIBIT A@.

Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect after its days of passage and approval.
