BILL NO. 615 RESOLUTION NO._____
Section 1: That there has been presented to the City Council of the City of West Plains, Missouri a request signed by the owner for all fee interests of record in all tracts of real property located within the area described in the petitions (Exhibit A) which is proposed to be changed from R-2 (Urban Residential) to C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial). This property is located at 301 Myrtle Street and further described as follows:
A part of the Southwest Quarter (SW ผ) of the Northeast Quarter (NE ผ) of Section Twenty-one (21), Township Twenty-four (24) North, Range Eight (8) West, described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said SW ผ of the NE ผ, thence north 61 7/13 rods, thence east 13 rods, thence north 6 2/13 rods to the point of beginning of this survey, which point is the northeast corner of a tract conveyed to R. V. Hayes and Lois Hayes, his wife, by Alfred Ingold, Executor of the Last Will of William Ingold, deceased, which will is recorded in Book 264 at Page 318 of the records of Howell County, Missouri, thence south along the east line of the Ingold tract a distance of 144.5 feet to the southeast corner of the Ingold tract, thence west 88 feet, thence north 144.5 feet, thence east 88 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2: That this request was reviewed and recommended by the Planning Commission.
Section 3: That in accordance with Section 71.012 RSMo, a public hearing shall be held on September 16, 2002 at the Public Library in West Plains, Missouri.
Section 4: The City Clerk is authorized and directed to cause a notice of such hearing to be published at least seven (7) days prior to the date of the hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in Howell County, Missouri, which is qualified to publish legal matters.
Section 5: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
