BILL NO. 617 RESOLUTION __________

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF WEST PLAINS, MISSOURI AND SCOTT CONSULTING ENGINEERS, P.C. FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR A PRELIMINARY WASTEWATER FLOW STUDY.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Plains, Missouri desires to enter into a written agreement with Scott Consulting Engineers, P.C. for a preliminary wastewater flow study; and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Plains, Missouri deems it wise and necessary to pass this Resolution authorizing this agreement.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST PLAINS, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That the City Council of the City of West Plains, Missouri does hereby authorize the agreement by and between the City of West Plains and Scott Consulting Engineers, P.C. a true copy of said agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof to be known as AEXHIBIT A@.

Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect after its days of passage and approval.
