A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO A WRITTEN AGREEMENT PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED BY RESOLUTION 561 BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF WEST PLAINS, MISSOURI AND MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR AIRPORT IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Plains, Missouri desires to amend an agreement with the Missouri Department of Transportation’s (MoDOT’s) State Block Grant Project AIRE-015-104C/AIRE 025-104C program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Plains, Missouri deems it wise and necessary to pass this Resolution authorizing this agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST PLAINS, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of West Plains, Missouri does hereby authorize an amendment to the State Block Grant Project AIRE-015-104C/AIRE 025-104 agreement by and between the City of West Plains and the Missouri Department of Transportation a true copy of said agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof to be known as [EXHIBIT A].
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect after its days of passage and approval.
