BILL NO. 625 RESOLUTION NO._____
Section 1: That there has been presented to the City Council of the City of West Plains, Missouri a request signed by the owner for all fee interests of record in all tracts of real property located within the area described in the petitions (Exhibit A) which is proposed to be changed from R-2 (Urban Residential) to C-2 (General Commercial). This property is approximately 5 acres and is located on S. Business 63 and further described in EXHIBIT A.
Section 2: That this request was reviewed and recommended by the Planning Commission.
Section 3: That in accordance with Section 71.012 RSMo, a public hearing shall be held on December 16, 2002 at the Public Library in West Plains, Missouri.
Section 4: The City Clerk is authorized and directed to cause a notice of such hearing to be published at least seven (7) days prior to the date of the hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in Howell County, Missouri, which is qualified to publish legal matters.
Section 5: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
