RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WEST PLAINS, MISSOURI AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE E-LOCAL LINK INTERNET TV FOR VIDEO
SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of West Plains
would like to provide it’s citizens with up to date information and the
addition of video taping of meetings and events to the City’s website would
help accomplish that goal; and
WHEREAS, e-LocalLink Internet TV has
offered to include the City of West Plains in it’s pilot program at no cost.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
PLAINS, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute an agreement (Exhibit A) with the e-Local Link Internet TV
for a period of three years.
Section 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
