A.     Bill 3747 to become Ordinance 3747.  Second Second Reading.  An Ordinance to vacate a part of Winchester Street – Quail Run Subdivision.

B.     Bill 3748 to become Ordinance 3748.  Second Reading.  An Ordinance authorizing that all City or rural customers who have multiple users on one water meter shall pay a minimum charge based on a ¾” meter regardless of the size of their meter.

D.  Bill 3750 to become Ordinance 3750.  Second   First and Second Reading.  An Ordinance providing for the imposition of a transportation sales tax in the City of West Plains, Missouri for transportation purposes. 

 

E.      Bill 589 to become Resolution 589.  Second   A Resolution authorizing a loan agreement between the City of West Plains and Community First National Bank for a rescue truck.

F.      Bill 590 to become Resolution 590.  Second   A Resolution authorizing a written agreement by and between the City of West Plains, Missouri and Benny Butler which agreement pertains to the leasing of an airport hangar to Benny Butler and improvements to three airport hangars by Benny Butler. 

C.  Bill 591 to become Resolution 591.  Second     A Resolution authorizing the conveyance of real estate by the City of West Plains, Missouri, a municipal corporation toSuothern Missouri Chapter of the National Association of Home Builders, A Missouri not for profit corporation.
