Special Council Meeting

May 8, 2002

The City Council met for a special council meeting at 4:30 p.m. on April 8, 2002 at City Hall. Members present were Mayor Joe Paul Evans, Councilwoman Judy North, Councilman Jack Pahlmann, Councilman Louis Citro, and Councilman Bob Burtrum. Also present were City Administrator Royce Fugate, City Attorney Charles Cantrell, and City Clerk Connie Shelton.

I. PRELIMINARIES:

Mayor Evans established a quorum and called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m

II. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION RSMO 610.021(1) LITIGATION

The motion was made by Councilman Pahlmann and seconded by Councilman Burtrum to go into closed session for litigation discussion.

Motion passed.

III. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION - COUNCIL ACTION

City Attorney Charles Cantrell reported that he has been instructed to explore city options regarding the street construction in the Circle Drive area.

IV. ADJOURN

The motion was made by Councilman Pahlmann and seconded by Councilman Burtrum to adjourn. Motion passed unanimously.
