A. Bill 3724 to become Ordinance 3724. Second Reading. An Ordinance amending section 30-5 of the City Code of Ordinances (Vehicles for Hire – Liability Insurance)
B. Bill 3726 to become Ordinance 3726. First and Second Reading. An Ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri to establish a procedure to disclose potential conflicts of interest and substantial interests for certain officials
C. Bill 3727 to become Ordinance 3727. First and Second reading. An Ordinance providing for the levying and collection of a tax for the General Revenue fund within the City of West Plains, Missouri for the year 2001, upon all real, personal and mixed property within the corporate limits of the City of West Plains, Missouri subject to taxation.
D. Bill 3728 to become Ordinance 3728. First and Second Reading. An Ordinance providing for the levying and collection of a tax for the Public Library fund within the City of West Plains, Missouri for the year 2001, upon all real, personal and mixed property within the corporate limits of the City of West Plains, Missouri subject to taxation.
E. Bill 3729 to become Ordinance 3729. First and Second Reading. An Ordinance naming a certain street located between Mitchell and Route 160 and County Road 8230 and Route 160 in the city limits of West Plains. (Bruce Smith Parkway).
F. Bill 3730 to become Ordinance 3730. First Reading. An Ordinance prohibiting the parking of motor vehicles on the east side of Missouri Avenue between Thornburg and 908 Missouri Avenue and a short portion on the west side of Missouri Avenue curb across from 908 Missouri Avenue.
G. Bill 3731 to become Ordinance 3731. First Reading. An Ordinance vacating a portion of Leyda Street between South Hill and Walnut (First Baptist Church)
H. Bill 573 to become Resolution 573. A Resolution authorizing the City of West Plains, Missouri to amend the cooperative agreement previously authorized by Resolution 9 with the Howell County Court and the Howell County Collector providing for the performance of the duties of the City Collector by the Howell County Collector.
I. Bill 574 to become Resolution 574. A Resolution authorizing a contract extension between the City of West Plains and Waste Corporation of Missouri for disposal of City waste at the Black Oak Recycling and Disposal Facility.
J. Bill 575 to become Resolution 575. A Resolution authorizing the application of a grant under the Landmark Local Parks Program of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (Robert K. Neathery Skateboard Park)
K. Bill 576 to become Resolution 576. A Resolution authorizing the application of a grant under the Land and Water Conservation Fund of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources for the Gallaway Park project.
