A.     Bill 3765to become Ordinance 3765.  Second Reading.  An Ordinance to annex property as C-2 Zone (Cary Stewart, Clyde Stewart III)

B.     Bill 3766 to become Ordinance 3766.  Second Reading.   An Ordinance revoking Article XI, All Terrain Vehicles, Section 90-559 (30 Use on City Streets, permits Issued and enacting a new Section 90-559 (3) Parades in the Code of Ordinances.

C.     Bill 3767to become Ordinance 3767.  Second Reading.  An Ordinance revoking or changing certain sections of Division 2:  Parking for the Disabled, Section 90-336 Licenses and Stickers, Code of Ordinances.

D.     Bill 3768to become Ordinance 3768.  First and Second Reading.  An Ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri to establish a procedure to disclose potential conflicts of interest and substantial interests for certain officials

E.     Bill 3769to become Ordinance 3769.  First and Second Reading.  An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of West Plains, Missouri to execute a contract on behalf of the city with Hoover Bros. Farms, Inc. for utility easement purchase and placement of lines, water line, hydrant, use of city property for livestock, and altering a previous real estate contract dated December 18, 2000.  (North Water Well #14 on West End of County Road 1300)

F.     Bill 3770to become Ordinance 3770.  First and Second Reading.   An Ordinance providing for the levying and collection of a tax for the General Revenue fund within the City of West Plains, Missouri for the year 2002, upon all real, personal and mixed property within the corporate limits of the City of West Plains, Missouri subject to taxation.

G.     Bill 3771 to become Ordinance 3771.  First and Second Reading.   An Ordinance providing for the levying and collection of a tax for the Public Library fund within the City of West Plains, Missouri for the year 2002, upon all real, personal and mixed property within the corporate limits of the City of West Plains, Missouri subject to taxation. 

H.     Bill 613 to become Resolution 613.  A Resolution authorizing a consultant agreement by and between the City of West Plains, Missouri and Heartland Strategies for municipal development services.

I.     Bill 614 to become Resolution 614.  A Resolution authorizing the application of a grant under the recreational trails program of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources for the Wayhaven Recreational Trail Project.

J.     Bill 615 to become Resolution 615.  A Resolution to change the official zoning map of the City of West Plains, Missouri from R-2 to C-1.   Kevin McCracken 301 Myrtle Street.
