A.     Bill 3744 to become Ordinance 3744.  Second Reading.  An Ordinance instituting a food handler’s permit for all employees and employers of such person who prepares, handles, or disperses food for human consumption.

 

 

B.     Bill 3746 to become Ordinance 3646.  First and Second Reading.  An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of West Plains to execute an agreement on behalf of the City with the Missouri Highway and Transportation for a grant to fund a general public transportation project – Chapter 53 (5311) of Title 49 United States Code.

C.     Bill 3747 to become Ordinance 3647.  First Reading.  An Ordinance to vacate a part of Winchester Street – Quail Run Subdivision.

D.     Bill 3748 to become Ordinance 3648.  First Reading.  An Ordinance changing the deposit required on multiple meters.

E.      Bill 587 to become Resolution 587.  A Resolution to aid in financing of a public transportation system for 2002-03.

G.  Bill 588 to become Resolution 588.  A Resolution to authorize a consultant agreement by and between the City of West Plains, Missouri and Heartland Strategies for Municipal Development Services.
