A.     Bill 3780 to become Ordinance 3780.   Second Reading.  An Ordinance to vacate a portion of Harrison Circle Cul-de-Sac (Brill, Finch, Bailey, Smith)

B.     Bill 3781 to become Ordinance 3781.  Second Reading.  An Ordinance authorizing the repeal of Chapter 46 Floods and adopting a new Flood Code for the City of West Plains, Missouri Chapter 46.

C.     Bill 3782 to become Ordinance 3782.  Second Reading.  An Ordinance changing the official zoning map of the City of West Plains, Missouri and defining the boundaries of the area to be changed on said official zoning map by this Ordinance (Sloan, Acklin, Sullivan –1152 Garfield, 1156 Lincoln, 1149 Lincoln).

D.     Bill 3783 to become Ordinance 3783.  First and Second Reading.  An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of West Plains to execute an agreement on behalf of the City with the Missouri Highway and Transportation for a grant to fund a general public transportation project – Chapter 53 (5311) of Title 49 United States Code.

E.     Bill 3784 to become Ordinance 3784.  First Reading.  An Ordinance appointing the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority to serve the governing body of the City of West Plains, Missouri in matters pertaining to the city’s 2003 Community Development Block Grant and establishing said authority’s functions, duties, and authority.

F.     Bill 3785 to become Ordinance 3785.  First  Reading.  An Ordinance establishing Housing Rehabilitation Grant Guidelines under the City of West Plains Missouri Community Development Block Grant Application.

G.     Bill 3786 to become Ordinance 3786.  First Reading.  An Ordinance annexing certain territory into the City of West Plains, Missouri (Physician’s Acumen Enterprises C-2 Zone)

H.     Bill 3787 to become Ordinance 3787.  First Reading.  An Ordinance changing the official zoning map of the City of West Plains, Missouri and defining the boundaries of the area to be changed on said official zoning map by this Ordinance (Physician’s Acumen Enterprises R-2 to C-2)

I.     Bill 3788 to become Ordinance 3788.  First and Second Reading.  An Ordinance providing for the re-appointment of a municipal judge pursuant to Chapter 34 of the West Plains Code and Chapter 479 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri.

J.     Bill 3789 to become Ordinance 3789.  First and Second Reading.   An Ordinance approving a water services and facilities and annexation agreement between Quentin Romans and the City of West Plains, Missouri and authorizing the Mayor to enter into the agreement.

K.     Bill 626 to become Resolution 626.  A Resolution authorizing an agreement with the Credit Bureau of Howell County for collection services.

L.     Bill 627 to become Resolution 627.  A Resolution to aid in financing of a public transportation system for 2003-04.

B.     Bill 628 to become Resolution 628.  A Resolution authorizing the City of West Plains, Missouri to execute a reciprocal agreement by and between the City of West Plains – Public Library, a Municipal Corporation and the Board of Governors of Southwest Missouri State University Garnett Library.
