Director of Finance Dixie Williams began working for the City of West Plains in June 2008. She is responsible for managing the City office and all accounting. The City's goal is to provide financial information in a clear and easy to understand way to the public. Each quarter the Director of Finance presents a financial report to the city council that includes balance sheet information as well as current revenue/expenditure comparisons. There will be other financial reports listed in this section as well. The City financial reports are always available to the public.
